Preheat the oven to 350˚F. Begin by placing the garlic, parsley, salt and olive oil into a food processor. Place the processed garlic, parsley and olive oil into a bowl with the melted butter. Shred the cheese.
Using a serrated bread knife, cut 1-inch diagonals into the bread to form diamond shapes. Brush the melted butter mixture over and inside each crease. Add a pinch of shredded cheese into each crease. Wrap the entire loaf in foil and bake for approximately 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted. Let the bread cool and serve it up!
1 Loaf of Sourdough or Artisan Bread
1 Stick of Melted Butter
3 - 4 Minced Garlic Cloves
1/2 Tsp of Salt
3/4 - 1 Cup of Shredded Tahoe Nevada Cheddar
2 Tbsps of Chopped Parsley
