Preheat oven to 400˚F. Coat a large casserole dish with cooking spray.
Fill a large bowl with the potato slices and pour the cream over top and mix well. Add cheese and season it with parsley, garlic, nutmeg, salt and pepper.
Pour the entire bowl into a large casserole dish and sprinkle more cheese on top. Cover this dish with foil and bake for 40-45 minutes. Remove foil during last 10 minutes of baking and allow top to brown slightly.
2 Pounds of Russet Potatoes, Thinly Sliced
1/4 Cup of Butter
1 1/2 Cups of Heavy Cream
3/4 Cup of Grated Tomme De Sierra Cheese
2 Chopped Garlic Cloves
1/4 Tbsp Chopped Parsley
1/4 Tsp Nutmeg
